The Illegal Children Immigrant Crisis- More Preparation for the New World Order?

By Terry | American Decline

The latest manipulation of the by the New World Order manipulators is illegal immigration taking the form of innocent children. Dig a little however and  you’ll find more than innocent children are at the heart of this engineered matter.

No Resistance from the Mexican Government

CNN showed a reporter of theirs crossing with illegals on a raft from Guatemala to Mexico which took about 5 minutes and cost the equivalent of $1.30 per rider. Mexico has very strict policies against illegal immigrants. Yet the Mexican authorities turn a blind eye to this event. They do absolutely nothing to stop it even though it is being done in plain sight and broad daylight. Red flag number one.

Train Ride in Open Air Daylight

Without resistance from authorities and at risk to themselves, the illegals next target is a ride on top of trains 1600 miles to the U.S. border. So far this year, 57,000 have reached our borders in 2014 with only 2,700 detained. All of this is taking place in broad daylight and plain view. Our government claims to know nothing about why this is happening.

Governor Perry of Texas hinted at the movement as conspiratorial and was promptly criticized by CNN reporters for implying that it is a conspiracy with no evidence to substantiate that implication. Of course, it’s not a conspiracy. It’s simply coincidental that Mexico just happens to ignore an obvious surge of illegal immigrant “children” riding openly on top of trains through their country and does nothing to stop the growing flow.

One might speculate that they might know where these “children” will end up and it ain’t gonna be in Mexico.

The Sudden Surge

The number of young illegal aliens flooding the border has skyrocketed in recent years. In 2009, only 6,639 unaccompanied alien children were resettled, and the number remained stable until 2011, with 7,120. In 2012, there were twice as many unaccompanied alien children at 14,271, the same year the administration announced its deferred action for young illegal aliens.

However, by 2013 there were 25,498. So far in 2014, there are over 50,000 of these child illegals. By the Obama administration’s own estimation, 230,000 unaccompanied alien minors are expected to cross through the Rio Grande Sector by the end of next year. You wonder how they can make these estimates so confidently. You might even think it is planned or something right? Red flag number two.

The Constitution in All of This?

And let’s not forget that this surge is covered under the U.S. Constitution. Article 4, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution reads:

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion;

Does the sudden surge of illegal children not qualify as an invasion? Protection also includes economics as well as our Constitutional provisions regarding trade imply. Not to mention the MS-13 gang members thrown into the mix.

The VP of National Border Patrol Council 3307 Says- Obama Admin Releasing Murderers Into US

Meanwhile, the border patrol is obviously overwhelmed and noticing that not all who arrive are “children”. In fact, Border Patrol agent Chris Cabrera (VP of National Border Patrol Council 3307) notes that among the illegal “children” are confirmed gang members and criminals. A loophole was created in 2008 signed into law by George W. Bush apparently- The William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008. It was enacted to prevent victims of child trafficking from being sent back to their captors. However, with the massive increase of unaccompanied minors there is a backlog of 3 to 5 years before a court hearing can be scheduled.

Meanwhile, the minors and teens are transferred to the Dept of Health and Human Services Office of Refugee Resettlement and housed in shelters or placed with relatives and other sponsors. If they have violent backgrounds, they are free to continue their behaviors.

“Our agents aren’t allowed to do the job they were hired to do,” Cabrera told Fox News. “We’re walking more and more people out the door … they’re catch-and-release that have family units. The criminal aliens that are coming in, some of these young gang member kids that are coming in, and there’s no criminal history in the United States, we’re releasing them out the door and more and more it gets frustrating.”

Illegal Immigrant “Children” Include MS-13 Gang Members

An internal summary of Border Patrol operations at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Nogales (Arizona) Placement Center stated that 16 unaccompanied immigrant children being held at the facility are members of Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) transnational criminal gang.

The summary, which was obtained by the Townhall online magazine, noted that Border Patrol officials at Nogales were alerted to the MS-13 presence among the detainees when they discovered gang-related graffiti on the walls of the processing center. Townhall stated:

“Border Patrol Agents (BPAs) and Customs and Border Protection Officers (CBPOs), assigned to The Nogales Placement Center (NPC), discovered that 16 unaccompanied alien children (13 El Salvadoran males, two Guatemalan males and one Honduran male) currently being held at the NPC are members of Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13). The MS-13 gang members admitted to their gang associations following a discovery of graffiti at the NPC. Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), and the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) were notified.”

Chris Cabrera again offered more substantive details. Cabrera told National Review that Border Patrol agents have reunited identified gang members with their families in the United States.

An officer had recently told Cabrera about a known teen member of MS-13 whom he was powerless to stop entering the country. Cabrera asked, in frustration: “If he’s a confirmed gang member in his own country, why are we letting him in here?”

“I’ve heard people come in and say, ‘You’re going to let me go, just like you let my mother go, just like you let my sister go. You’re going to let me go as well, and the government’s going to take care of us,’”

Cabrera said. “Until we start mandatory detentions, mandatory removals, I don’t think anything is going to change. As a matter of fact, I think it’s going to get worse.”

An Unstated Agenda?

Really, is this sudden surge of “children” simply coincidental? Tens of thousands crossing through the entire country of Mexico to our border, and our President’s only response is, “This is a crisis and we must take action.”

The sudden influx of tens of thousands of illegal children is an unaided crisis that just happened to escalate on its own? I personally find this highly unlikely. There more here than meets the eye.

In fact, this appears to be part of the plan to undermine our nation so that it can take its rightful place in the New World Order as George Bush Sr. put it.

The New World Order under the UN is the overall agenda of a select grouping of wealthy power brokers. The phrase began to openly appear in the 1990’s out of the mouths of leaders like Bush, Clinton, Kissinger and others. At the heart of this agenda is a One World Government under the UN umbrella or as the phrase on the back of the Federal Reserve Note dollar below the pyramid reads: Novus Ordo Seclorum or a New Order of the Ages. (This phrase 1st appeared on the dollar bill during the liberal anti-Constitutionalist’s administration of FDR by the way.)

Manipulating the People

The sudden surge is a way to leverage more immigrants into our country by manipulating the heart strings of the people. It’s not easy nor popular to take a hard line against “children”. It is also highly manipulative and a very insidious tactic.

It appears pretty clear that Mexico and quite possibly insiders in our own government are allowing it to happen and promoting it. Children, especially poverty stricken, uneducated ones, don’t tend to be very adept at planning trips that cross thousands of miles into unknown territory without help.

A cultural blend and economic downgrade adds fuel to the North American Union initiated by NAFTA. This so-called free trade agreement stitches the 3 nations of Canada, US and Mexico together as an economic and political region. Other blocks have been added over the years such as Columbia and the Dominican Republic with quite few others planned for other parts of the globe.

Morphing North American Into an EU?

The EU started as a trade agreement and has now morphed into an economic and political region with its own courts, currency, and more. Is the same intent being leveraged here? It would appear that way.

The more immigrants they can leverage, the easier it will be to merge the NAFTA union into one geographical, economic and cultural unit to match the EU. Immigration issues are a major issue in the EU already.

Then it a becomes more manageable to stitch the regions together under treaty’s making the UN the controlling entity. Of course, U.S. sovereignty and our Constitution go out the window in the process but if you read the so-called “free trade” agreements carefully you will see that has already happened. Just like our troops under NATO, the “free trade” agreements place decision making on trade between the signing parties under the authority of the UN, erasing our Constitutional trade sovereignty in the process.

Branding these immigrant as children is just another way to leverage legislation that legalizes immigrants since the parents will naturally be included in the deal. It is also another way to water down our population while wearing down our taxpayer. It creates additional burdens on publicly funded education and our medical care system. It also lowers our overall prosperity while passing more control to the State.

The Cost?

The recent surge in underage illegal immigrants crossing the southern border has prompted President Barack Obama to ask for $3.7 billion in additional funding, $1.8 billion of which would go to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), which administers the UAC program.

The federal program for Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC)—which provides long-term foster care, apparel, and interpreter services for thousands of young illegal immigrants, the majority of which are placed in the United States—has already cost $263 million this year. The program had a budget of $376.083 million last year, and is on pace to spend nearly $1 billion in 2014.

Health and Human Services (HHS) has requested a contingency fund for 2015, due to the “rapidly expanding Unaccompanied Alien Children program.”

The recent surge in underage illegal immigrants crossing the southern border has prompted President Barack Obama to ask for $3.7 billion in additional funding, $1.8 billion of which would go to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), which administers the UAC program.

The majority of funding goes to nonprofit organizations and charities that provide living arrangements, education, health care, vocational training, mental health services, and other services.

The majority of funding for the UAC program goes towards foster care. Southwest Key, an Austin, Texas-based nonprofit that shelters unaccompanied alien children, is the largest government partner for the program, receiving grants worth $95,462,918 so far this fiscal year.

Nonprofits outside of border states also receive funding to shelter illegal alien children. The New Jersey Heartland Human Care Services in Chicago has received $19,118,403 this year, while the Union County Department of Human Services in New Jersey received $550,384 on March 20.

Is There a Cost Effective Solution?

However, there is a solution presented by Senator Tom Coburn (R., Okla.) that will quite likely never see the light of day:

Senator Coburn suggested recently that it would be cheaper to fly the children back home first class.

“The president just asked for $3.7 billion, for less than $20 million we can fly them all back first class,” Coburn added. “So think about how stupid our policy is.”

“We’re putting a lot of kids at risk,” he told CNN’s Jake Tapper. “Remember, this is organized crime that is selling this and these three countries that you can get them here and they’ll be here and they’re extracting large amounts of money and then abusing children as they carry them up here.”

“It’s terrible. The best way to stop that is to have airplanes landing every day bringing these children back to their country of origin,” he said.

Instead, the media strums the public’s heartstrings, largely ignores the gang elements while the President does photo ops and press conferences criticizing the Republicans for not taking action.

The right action is likely what Senator Coburn suggested. One that will now be painted as heartless and quietly slipped under the rug. After all, it doesn’t quite seem to fit the overall now does it?
