OK, I admit it. To me, a guy, the concept of two guys getting married seems odd. Having fathered and raised 4 children to adulthood, all of whom are productive citizens and college graduates, and all heterosexual, it just seems weird to me that two dudes would want to marry each other. Call me old fashioned or prejudiced or whatever, don’t much matter to me. I still think it is weird.
You see to me societies are built around families. When they are not, they don’t seem to work all that well for personal liberty. You know like in Commie countries for example. I kind of liken building a society on gay families to Margaret Thatcher’s mention of why socialism fails which is that eventually you run out of other people’s money.
Well, building a society on gay marriage and well…..wouldn’t you eventually run out of people?
Anyway, having the Supreme Court deciding on the validity of gay marriage is another oddity to me. Why do we need government in the middle of social contracts and people’s personal lives? I mean really, how twisted is it to have former lawyers making decisions about what constitutes valid and legal social contracts? Isn’t it really simply a statement of how far we have allowed “authority” to take over our lives.
People are responsible for their own lives NOT judges and politicians. Seems to me that as long as we allow government to decide what is right for us, we will be nothing more than subjects of their rule. We are acting like slaves asking our masters for permission to decide what is right for us and our lives. Seems kind of a pathetic position to me. Heck, I was the parent of my children, not any teacher or official and certainly no politician or DHS or CPS worker!
Anyway. I personally think that all of this nonsense is really about something no one dare mentions anything about in the media.
I think if you open your eyes and look around you will find plenty of evidence as to where we are all being led. All this is leading us along a primrose path serving to converge a Constitutional Republic into a Communist styled society with the State in the driver seat and the remainder of us as subjects to its supremacy.
One of the ways to do this is to undermine the traditional concept of the family unit. After all as Hillary wrote….it takes a village doesn’t it? Substitute the word State for village and you will catch her drift. This is where all this is leading. It comes right out of the Communist Manifesto which states:
So, people can get distracted with all this talk of the 14th Amendment and civil rights yada, yada, yada but really I think the above intent is where all of this is pointing.
Here’s my suggestion- Get the government out of people’s personal lives! Do we really need a license to get married? Hunting licenses, fishing licenses…..marriage licenses too? Isn’t marriage a personal and social choice? What’s with the license crap?
A license is yet another tool of the slave masters to take control of your life. Marriage is a social contract not a political or legal act. If gay people want to live together, fine enjoy your weird lifestyle and leave traditional families alone to form into strong, stable units for a strong, stable society. You do your Mr. and Mr. thing and the majority of the rest of us will do ours. Have a nice life and a nice day and don’t eat at Chick Fil-a. They probably won’t get upset about it I would think. (But hey they do thank you for all that free publicity. Sure was a shot in the arm for sales.)
The legal thing? It benefits lawyers and political agencies. Lawyers feast off of it and political agencies feed upon it to take control of our children.
All of this is no accident. The State has plans. Read the provisions of Obama care carefully. It is cradle to grave control and intervenes a great deal in the family unit. (Short vid on Obamacare FYI)

Outside my office window at work I am watching a full block, 17 story building go up- Child and Family Services. One day while walking by I stopped and asked a welder working on the foundation what was going up here? He replied, “Child and Family Services – 17 floors”. I replied, “Well, I guess that’s good.” He said, “No its not. It’s a shame that they need a building this large for it.”
As I watch this building go up and realize how many millions of public funds are going into it, I think the welder was right- It is a shame. And the real shame is that if we continue to allow our lives to be led by an authority outside of ourselves like the State, that building will be full of bureaucrats one day who will tell our children how to live and well……..like the man said- That isn’t good.
