Why would a major retailer curtail the sales of anything pending legislation that has not even passed or been openly discussed in Congress.

Isn’t Congress supposed to introduce and pass the laws according to our Constitution?

Wouldn’t a change in the law require an amendment of the Constitution?

Is the executive (President) a king or dictator now who passes decrees that become the law of the land and does not answer to the Constitution as his oath of office requires?

According to CNSnews.com:

A customer stood with a WalMart employee as a call was made to the corporate office and this is what he was told by WalMart’s headquarters:

“As of right now WalMart is not going to be making any new orders of ammo because of the upcoming decision on the Second Amendment. As of right now we are unsure of what new legislation might be coming, and because of this, we are suspending new orders.

“We will continue to sell what is already in stock in stores and at our distribution centers, but any new orders will not be shipped until the issue is resolved.”

Now, why would a major retailer suspend ammo sales in pending a proposed change in the law?

Let me speculate…..

Like all communist nations (and yes China still is a communist nation) the citizens end up disarmed. After all, under Communism, the State rules the fantasized collective called the people. People’s rights originate from the State, not God and natural law as under the U.S. Constitution. China is big on gun control.

Now, I wonder who WalMart’s biggest supplier is?

Government regulatory control favors the largest Corporations, not the little guy. The deeper the pockets, the easier it is to cover regulatory costs. The largest Corporations make it up on the back end with increased market share as smaller stores are squeezed out of the marketplace. Big Box retailers like WalMart pick up their abandoned market share.

So would WalMart want to bite the regulatory hand that feeds it and go against the Marxist oriented gun control being proposed which erodes our already watered down 2^nd amendment rights of self protection even further? I speculate not.

Conduct your own study of what happens to smaller retailers when WalMart arrives in town. They don’t last long, but their customers don’t move away do they? So when you have to shop somewhere for something and your choices are limited to WalMart or Walmart. Well, guess which one you end up choosing?

Now is it a conspiracy? Perhaps not, at least not an open one, but it sure doesn’t have the citizens interests in mind now does it? Of course, major Corporations with a strong headlock on a market segment usually don’t these days anyway.

It’s not about gun control folks. It’s about people control. Ask the citizens of any communist country and if they could speak openly, bet they would agree.

Of course when the government and the police have all the guns, freedom of speech does tend to get limited a bit now doesn’t it? I wonder why.
